Item Locations and Information
Hero's Sword The first you receive in the game. Nothing special about it. You have it already when the game starts.

Noble Sword The second sword you can receive in the game. Not only is it more powerful but it also shoots out beams. Receive it by completing the Trading Sequence.

Scent Seeds Drop one of these seeds and certain, not all, enemies will head towards it trying to attack it, ignoring Link. If used right not only can you make enemies avoid you but you can also send them rushing to their deaths. (I'm guessing it's Link-scented?)
Pegasus Seeds Using one of these seeds will allow our little hero to run much faster than he did before. Very useful in evasion and even more useful to use to complete timed things.
Gale Seeds Using one of these creates a Gale that will drop you at any Seed Tree location you have already found during your explorations. Really useful for getting around Holodrum quickly.
Mystery Seeds What they will do is a mystery. Using these on things can have many different effects, but it's main purpose is to be used on Owl Statues if you need a hint about what to do in a dungeon.

Linked-Game Items List
Master Sword (Only if you have the Noble Sword, otherwise the two switch places.) This sword causes 3 times the damage than the Wooden Sword.
Mirror Shield (Only if you have the Iron Shield, otherwise the two switch places.) The final upgrade to the Shield which blocks almost all enemy attacks.
Biggoron's Sword A special huge sword that does not upgrade from your original. Causes four times the damage but because it is so big, when it is equipped no other item can be equipped or used.
Bombchu A special Bomb that moves and explodes as soon as it comes in contact with something. (But I find it pretty useless and not worth the time of getting it.)
